Privacy Policy
Your information, handled with care.
This policy explains what Pueblo Electrics collects, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
Effective August 24, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, company, project details, messages, and other information submitted through our contact, project, account, or portal forms.
Employment applications may include contact information, work and education history, references, certifications, an optional resume, and other information you choose to provide. Optional equal employment opportunity information is stored separately and is not used to make hiring decisions.
We may also collect basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and sign-in session data. We do not currently use third-party advertising trackers.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to project, service, employment, and general inquiries;
- prepare estimates and communicate about work, accounts, and relationships;
- review applications and administer recruiting and employment processes;
- operate employee and contractor portals;
- send communications you request or consent to receive;
- protect our systems, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations; and
- improve our website, services, and business operations.
Text messaging and mobile information
If you separately opt in to text messages from Pueblo Electrics, we may send project updates, service notifications, account or security messages, recruiting or employment communications, and other messages described when you provide consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.
We may use service providers solely to deliver and support our communications. Those providers may process mobile information only as needed to perform services for Pueblo Electrics and may not use it for their own marketing.
When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information to vendors that host, secure, maintain, or support our website and business systems; to professional advisers; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a business transaction. We require service providers to use information only for the services they provide to us.
We do not sell personal information.
Security and retention
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual or operational needs, and legal requirements.
Driver’s license numbers submitted with employment applications are encrypted, masked from routine staff views, access logged, and scheduled for deletion within 90 days after submission. Applications and resumes are limited to personnel involved in hiring. Location metadata is removed from crew-submitted photos before storage when supported by our systems.
The PE App (employee mobile app)
The PE App is Pueblo Electrics’ mobile app for current employees. It is a read-first companion to the employee portal: pay stubs, company announcements, the newsletter, documents, and certifications. Everything below is in addition to the rest of this policy.
- Sign-in. You sign in with your work account. A session token is stored in your device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain or Android Keystore) so you stay signed in. Deactivated accounts are signed out on their next request.
- Pay information. Your own pay stubs are displayed in the app and a copy is cached on your device so they remain viewable without signal. Pay amounts are hidden behind a device unlock (Face ID or passcode) by default. Signing out removes cached pay data and downloaded files from the device.
- Face ID / biometrics. Biometric checks are performed entirely by your device’s operating system. The app only learns whether the unlock succeeded — no biometric data is ever collected, stored, or transmitted.
- Push notifications. If you allow notifications, a push token for your device is stored so we can notify you about new pay stubs, announcements, and expiring certifications. Notifications never contain pay amounts. Turning notifications off or signing out removes the token.
- Jobsite photos. Photo submission is optional and credited: your name is attached so the office can credit your work. Location data and other photo metadata are stripped from the image before storage. Photos are held for editor review before any use.
- Anonymous feedback. Feedback submissions contain the message text only. No name, employee number, device identifier, or other identifying information is attached to the submission.
- Technical data. The app sends its version number with each request and our servers keep routine request logs (as described above). The app contains no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no third-party analytics.
The app is for use by Pueblo Electrics employees in connection with their employment. Information handled through the app is employment information and is administered by the office; contact the office with any questions or corrections.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when required by law or a legitimate business need. You can stop marketing email by using its unsubscribe link and stop text messages by replying STOP.
Children
This website is intended for business users and job applicants and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
