Terms of Service
Clear terms. Straightforward use.
These terms govern your use of the Pueblo Electrics website, forms, portals, and communications.
Effective July 25, 2026
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, submitting a form, or using a Pueblo Electrics online service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
Website information and project requests
Website content is provided for general information. Project descriptions, service information, schedules, availability, and other content may change. A website submission, project inquiry, or request for a bid does not create a contract, guarantee acceptance of work, or constitute a binding estimate. Work is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by authorized representatives.
Permitted use
You may use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the site in a way that harms Pueblo Electrics or others.
Accounts and portals
Employee and contractor areas may require an authorized account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for activity under your account. Do not share access with unauthorized users. We may suspend or terminate access to protect our systems, users, or business relationships. Additional employment, project, or contractor agreements may also govern portal use and control if they conflict with these website terms.
Text messaging terms
If you separately opt in to a Pueblo Electrics text messaging program, you agree to receive the types of messages described at the point of consent. Messages may include project updates, service notifications, account or security messages, recruiting or employment communications, and other requested communications.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel future text messages.
- Reply HELP for help or call (719) 584-2080.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After a STOP request, we may send one confirmation message and retain the minimum information needed to honor your opt-out. You may opt in again only through a new, valid consent. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
Intellectual property
The website, branding, text, graphics, photographs, drawings, and other content are owned by Pueblo Electrics or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or legitimate business use, but may not republish, sell, modify, or exploit them without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to or use services operated by others. Pueblo Electrics does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and online services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this website is professional engineering, legal, safety, or code-compliance advice for a specific project.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pueblo Electrics will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this website or an online service. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not alter obligations in a separately signed contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating solely to these website terms will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pueblo County, Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to info@puebloelectrics.com, by phone at (719) 584-2080, or by mail to Pueblo Electrics, Inc., 1502 E Abriendo Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004.
